About Faith

My desire to be loved and in love brought my share of failed relationships, through these failures, I have been given new strength, wisdom and a passion to reach out to others with insight and clarity.

I have experienced divorce and failed relationships on more than one occasion from bad choices and not waiting! Not finding out why I really needed to be loved. Not an outward rebellion, but a desire so strong to be loved that I compromised even my truest convictions. I listened to what others told me.., I was getting older, and blah, blah, blah. What I didn't realize was every time I gave into those thoughts, I was setting myself up for pain, hurt, and disillusionment (PHD) of unmet desires and hope for my life.

My life was so filled with the misery of poor choices. My past relationships had left me suffering with hurt, disappointment, shame, rejection, unmet desires, loneliness and despair. Pain so severe, I would double over from the loss of HOPE in ever seeing my desire for a loving relationship be met...do you know this pain?

I sure do…I had seen so many other great things in my life. I witnessed others having a loving devoted relationships that I had desired, and knew it was possible. I wanted what they had: devotion, commitment in the good and bad times, numerous text messages, phone calls through out the day, or just calling to say," I love you or something funny or HELP!".

OK.. let's be real.. Getting upset with each other and then having God correct you and then making-up..(love those make-ups). Holding hands or having your arm around each other, those little touches..., laughing and being silly, crying together, and supporting one another in our careers. WOW! How great will that be!!

I finally reached a point in my life where I felt I could not go on in my career, that I had messed up so bad… "DIVORCE", it led me to more despair. Words cannot begin to describe it, "you just have to experience it for yourself"!! and many of us have experienced it. It doesn't matter where you are in your journey it changes your life.

I found that through my own personal faith I could take the broken pieces of my life and make them beautiful. That the God I worshipped wanted to give me the desires of my heart. Finding the ability to have peace and contentment in my faith, gave my life new meaning and a purpose again. We are fortunate in this country called America… we have a freedom of choice, with that freedom comes a responsibility not only to others but to ourselves, in understanding that while all things may be permissible not all things are beneficial. We need to choose wisely!

As for me… I'm still waiting for my husband and glad to do so. I am hopeful that he will find me.

If you are married and your relationship is not where you would like it to be; then believe God to make it the best and He will. Or maybe you're waiting on your future spouse, trust God for His timing and never compromise your heart. No matter what your situation He, (Jesus) is faithful. Remember He loves you so very MUCH!!! He saying to you: Lets Talk...!
